Motorola-X-Phone

Could this be Motorola’s next OG DROID success?

If you ever wanted to hear some crazy rumors, here they come.  Over on the DroidRzr forums, a reputable source has posted some information regarding the Motorola X smartphone.  Some of it sounds crazy, while some could possibly come true. We will list the major points below, but let us know in the comments what you think is true and what isn’t.

  1. The Motorola X will be sold though Google Play, and though Verizon for $299 on contract.  All carriers will be launching the phone, but the only price we have so far is Verizon’s.
  2. To unlock the device on Verizon, that will be $15 bucks a month out of your pocket.
  3. Current release is scheduled for July 8th, and it will be announced at Google I/O in May.
  4. It will run stock Android with some bloatware, but can be removed.

Does it sound more of a dream, or could this actually happen?
